Digitale Bildung
Digitale Bildung hat zwar durch die Corona-Krise einen ordentlichen Schub bekommen und stand dann ganz oben auf der Bildungsagenda. Vergessen wir aber nicht, dass die Mediatisierung und Digitalisierung von Bildungsangeboten genauso wie die Debatte darüber schon viele Jahre vorher eingesetzt hat. Die Autorengruppe Axel Krommer, Martin Lindner, Dejan Mihajlović, Jöran Muuß-Merholz, Philippe Wampfler, Lisa Rosa und Kathrin Passig hat ihre Erfahrungen, Positionen, Ein- und Ansichten zur Digitalen Bildung, die großteils schon im Netz veröffentlicht waren, in einem im Jahr 2019 erschienen Band zusammengestellt und veröffentlicht. Ihr Band versteht sich als "Gegengewicht in einem einseitigen und vereinfachten Diskurs", bei dem sie den Eindruck haben, "dass in Deutschland eine skeptische Haltung gegenüber digitalen Medien dominiert – besonders, wenn es um Fragen des schulischen Lernens geht." (S. 11). Lohnenswert und viel Stoff für die Weiterführung der Debatte zur digitalen Bildung ... auch in der Erwachsenenbildung.

The Council of the EUROPEAN ASSOCIATION FOR THE EDUCATION OF ADULTS
(EAEA) has decided to set up several working groups to address some key
issues. Digitization is one of them. Our organization, the Association
of Undertakers in Andragogy of the Czech Republic, z.s. (AOA), is
represented in this group by our colleague Martin Doležal, who
summarizes for you the most important information from its first
meeting.
The EAEA chose the theme of digitization for 2021, which became very
topical during the COVID-19 pandemic, as digitization is central to
adult learning. The aim of the working group is to respond to the market
situation, analyze the educational needs in individual member states and
share know-how so that in 6 discussion meetings in the next 12 months it
is possible to formulate conclusions that will develop this agenda.
At the kick off meeting, which took place on November 30, 2020, the
participants agreed on topics that will be developed within this working
group:
Differences in approaches to digitization:
- computer or digital literacy
- Different opportunities in accessing online tools
- digitization in the context of vulnerable groups (socially
disadvantaged, seniors, etc.)
Democracy and digitization
- information literacy (ability to identify reliable sources and verify
information)
- support of the citizen in education by the state
- distance education in difficult times and conditions and insufficient
technical equipment of households
- data protection and privacy
Digitization in adult education (lecturers, methodologies and
strategies)
- improving the profiles of lecturers (finding out which key
competencies are important for digitization in education)
- choosing the right methodologies for adult education in the context of
digitization
- choosing a long-term development concept and strategy in adult
education "
The next meetings will take place this year, we will inform you about
the results of their outputs
